Launch your own coffee brand with Ugandan beans — start a private label enquiry

Private label

Your coffee brand, grown in Uganda.

We create bespoke coffee products from Ugandan beans and finish them under your name, with your design and your identity front and centre.

Why Uganda

Why build your brand on Ugandan coffee

Uganda grows both robusta and arabica at scale, so you have real range to build a product around.

Two coffees, many blends

Bold, full-bodied robusta for strength and crema. Bright, fruit-forward arabica for sweetness and complexity. Blend them or showcase them on their own.

A flavour that stands out

Our coffees are mostly natural-processed, which brings ripe fruit, chocolate and deep sweetness. It's a profile that looks different on a crowded shelf.

An origin story worth telling

Ugandan coffee is still a discovery for many drinkers. That makes it a point of difference for your brand, not just another origin.

Traceable and certified

We map farm plots and capture farm-level data for EUDR traceability, and we started preparing early. Our factory holds ISO 22000 and Organic certification (EU and USDA).

Why Orocafe

We handle the whole job, not just the beans

Send us your brand and we take care of the rest: blending, roasting, packing, export paperwork and shipping.

Your branding, your design

Give us your artwork and we'll produce packaging that matches it, rather than fitting you into a template.

Export and shipping, sorted

We prepare the export documents and compare quotes from several couriers, then book the one with the best rate for your shipment.

A team at origin

You work directly with the people who source, roast and pack your coffee, with no chain of middlemen.

Formats

Packaging formats

Choose from our standard formats, or ask about something bespoke.

Valve coffee bags

Nespresso®-compatible capsules

Single-serve capsules for home and office machines.

Drip coffee bags

Pour-over style single servings that need no equipment beyond a cup and hot water.

Bespoke packaging

Have something else in mind? Custom packaging depends on our packaging supplier, so tell us what you're after and we'll check what's possible.

Minimum order quantities and lead times depend on the format, design and volume you need. Tell us about your project and we'll send a bespoke proposal. Send a proposal

Cupping

Cup before you commit

Not sure what your coffee should taste like? Test different formulations side by side before you place an order.

SCA Q Grader

Our team includes a licensed SCA Q Grader, so every cupping in our lab is scored and discussed to professional standards.

You can choose how you'd like to taste:

Lab cupping, results sent to you

We cup your formulations in our lab and send you the scores and tasting notes.

Samples sent to you

We post samples so you can cup them yourself or with your team. Courier charges for samples are covered by the buyer.

Or do both. Many clients start with our lab results, then taste the shortlisted blends at home.
